What is unclaimed property?

Unclaimed property is any property, including investment fund securities, in possession of a “holder” that has been left by the owner with no instruction, claim or transactions for a given period of time as set out by applicable legislation. 

Langdon Equity Partners Ltd. may be the “holder” of such unclaimed property. The "owner" would be the individual who has an interest in the property.
